These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Akountify platform, websites, and services (the "Services"), operated by Overlead LLC ("Akountify," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Akountify is a platform that matches businesses ("Clients") with vetted outreach professionals ("Agents") who send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups from their own real LinkedIn accounts, manually and at human pace. Akountify does not rent, sell, or share LinkedIn account credentials, and does not provide automation software for LinkedIn.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Services operate on a credit-based model. You fund a wallet with credits (1 credit = 1 USD) and spend them on reach and outcomes as described on our pricing page. Credit packages may renew on a recurring basis until cancelled; custom top-ups are one-time. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe), and by purchasing you also agree to their terms.
Except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, purchased credits and fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You are responsible for the campaign targeting, scripts, and materials you provide, and for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws (including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws).
Agents are independent parties, not employees of Akountify. Agents represent that the LinkedIn accounts they operate are their own and that they will conduct outreach manually and in good faith. Payouts to Agents are governed by the rates and terms presented within the platform.
Akountify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or any other third-party platform. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms, and you are responsible for compliance with them.
The Services, including all software, content, and branding provided by Akountify, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content and materials you submit, and grant us a limited license to use them solely to provide the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outreach results, response rates, or business outcomes. Results depend on your targeting, messaging, market, and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akountify and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akountify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
