• Account information — name, email address, password, and role (Client or Agent) when you register.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing details and transaction records.
• Campaign and CRM data — the targeting, scripts, profile kits, leads, and notes you create or that are generated through your use of the Services.
• Communications — messages you send through our live chat and support, and emails you send us.
• Usage and device data — pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser type, and similar technical data, plus identifiers stored in your browser's local storage.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• To match Clients with Agents and run campaigns;
• To process payments and manage your wallet and credits;
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
• To send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services, including with:

• Service providers — such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), our email provider (transactional and marketing email), Calendly (scheduling), and our hosting provider (Vercel), each acting on our behalf;
• Agents and Clients — limited information necessary to facilitate a matched engagement;
• Legal and safety — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety; and
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
